Registration

Important Note:

• The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
• While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
• Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions at the venue.
• Accompanying Persons will be allowed for the conference meals only if they have registered for the conference.

Inclusions:

• Conference kit with all scientific material.
• Access to scientific sessions & exhibition halls. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions.
• Conference lunches on conference days and conference dinner.

Cancellation Policy:

• Kindly send the cancellation requests to eventadmin@apcds-India.com on or before 1st Feb'24. Cancellation requests will not be accepted on the phone.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days from initiating the request for cancellation.
• Up to 1st Feb'24 - money will be refunded after deducting the processing fee (Rs. 500/-) and taxes paid.
• 2nd Feb'24 onwards - No refund.
• Organisers will not provide a refund if an attendee is unable to attend due to travel carrier cancellations or other unforseen incidents beyond organiser's control
